- If your program is multi-campus or multi-site: one campus/site will pay the $750 annual fee and other campuses will pay the $350 annual fee.
- If your institution-(university) has multiple schools each will pay the $750 annual fee.
- If your hospital system is multi-stand-alone hospitals: each will pay the $750 annual fee.
